Organic Curry Penne Pasta Salad
By Special Request!!


1# Organic Pasta of your choice boil, drain, cool, and drain set aside
Combine in bowl

1 TBLS favorite Curry Powder (We use an organic one from Mountain Rose)
splash of Bragg's Liquid Aminos
1/2 cup Organic Vegenaise
1-2 TBLS water (depending on desired thickness)
salt to taste
2/3 cup Frozen Organic Peas

Mix all together
Add noodles
Chill, serve and Enjoy!!

Yeild 3-4 cups
Quick Coconut Curry Soup
1 package Papa G's Sesame Tofu
I can of organic coconut milk
1 cup of fresh or frozen organic peas
1 tsp Bragg's Liquid Aminos
1 cup water
1 tsp of organic lime juice
1/2 cup organic carrots
1/2 cup organic bok choy
1/2 celtic sea salt

Boil water and add carrots. Once carrots are al dente, add remaining ingredients, simmer and serve. Serves four.
Organic Sesame Tofu Quinoa

2 packages Papa G's Organic Sesame Tofu
1 1/2 cups organic quinoa
1/2 cup organic toasted sesame oil
2 tsp Bragg's Liquid Aminos
2 tsp celtic sea salt
2 tsp organic garlic
1/4 cup organic sesame seeds
1 tsp organic tumeric
1 cup chopped organic scallions

Boil 3 cups water and add spices. Add quinoa when boiling. Boil until you see the little tails of the quinoa start to extend. Cover quinoa and remove from heat. Let quinoa finish steaming off. While waiting on the quinoa mix remaining ingredients together. Add cooked quinoa, combine, and serve.
Serves 4-8.
