In addition to using as many locally grown and produced organic ingredients as possible (even our spices are organic), we also use biodegradable/compostable to-go containers and utensils. We even designed our deli using state-of-the-art sustainable building products, like bamboo, recycled paints and energy efficient lighting and refrigeration.
