Papa G's House Made Organic Local Cultured Vegetables We have been making our own Organic Local Blueberry Coconut Keifer since day one and now we are really excited to be making all of our own Raw Organic Local Sauerkraut, Local Pickles, and Local Kim Chi. We use all kinds of local seasonal veggies in the Kim Chi. Right now we are featuring local organic easter egg and watermelon radishes. They are now available on our All Organic Salad Bar as well as in our deli case. We use the kraut and pickles in our deli salads and sandwiches. We grow all of our own organic sprouts as well. We also have all of our fermented foods available by special order and in bulk!
