| | Papa G's Continued Commitment to Organic Food and Sustainability | 
In addition to using as many locally grown and produced organic ingredients as possible (even our spices, grains, sweeteners, and nuts are organic), we also use biodegradable/compostable to-go containers and utensils, use green renewable power, buy farm direct from organic farmers, use only Organic Coconut, Olive, Toasted Sesame, Safflower, and Sunflower oils, and buy only from natural food distributors -no Sysco or Foodservice of America food here. We also don't buy Chinese organics and are constantly looking for the most local organic source for all of our ingredients.
We designed our deli using state-of-the-art sustainable building products, like bamboo, recycled paints and energy efficient lighting and refrigeration.
Papa G's has worked very hard to create a space and product line that helps us be good stewards to our city,state, country, and planet-- support Papa G's and together we will create a healthier world!
We are different! We use All Organic ingredients in ALL of our food. That means ALL! We are not fakers! We are not green washing! We are trying to show the restaurant industry that this is really what people want, not the green washing that exists in most of the restaurant industry!
We offer some of the most healthy food in the restaurant world today! Your Support for us is Crucial and Really Appreciated and please feel free to offer us any comments or suggestions on how we can better serve you. We know that these choices we make cause our food to be a little more expensive but we are committed to making a conscience choice to pay the true cost now and not pass it on to future generations.
